For the last 1.5 years, we have discovered a new cake artisan, Chef Joey from The Delights Heaven (https://www.facebook.com/thedelightsheaven), who has amazed us with her intricate detailing. Chef Joey who formally graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Australia, was also an apprentice with Singapore’s renowned local cake boutique – The Patissier for 3 years. She is known for her creative cakes especially crafting interesting birthday cakes for kids. And one of our hot favorites is her creation of 3D bears made of real chocolate cake.
